CIBOOK operates as a non-commercial cultural initiative. CIBOOK is self-funded and actively pursuing philanthropic and institutional support. No CIBOOK funds are directed to DECA MEDIA's commercial operations.

DECA MEDIA is a private company whose role in CIBOOK is governance, custody, and operational structure, not editorial influence and not financial beneficiary. DECA does not receive revenue from CIBOOK, does not sell participant contributions, and does not enable advertising, merchandise, or any monetization of CIBOOK channels or properties.

CIBOOK is structured for long-term continuity. If DECA MEDIA ceases to exist at any point, custody of all contributions transfers automatically to a recognized cultural institution of global standing. The archive cannot be abandoned or dissolved under any circumstance.

Participant names and materials appear on this website solely in service of CIBOOK's cultural mission. They do not appear in any DECA MEDIA commercial activity. This separation is a contractual obligation.

CIBOOK may acknowledge philanthropic sponsors for their support of the mission. Sponsor recognition does not involve participant names or images. No commercial calls-to-action appear on any CIBOOK property.

Sealed Content Remains Sealed
No one has access to participant predictions before 2130. This includes DECA MEDIA, CIBOOK staff, and any future custodian. The seal is absolute.

Participants Retain Full Ownership
Each participant retains full copyright and intellectual property rights. DECA holds only a limited, royalty-free license to archive and preserve the contribution — nothing more.

Withdrawal Is Always Available Before 2030
Any participant may withdraw at any time before the 2030 burial upon written notice. DECA will cease all use, return all materials, and destroy all files within 30 days.

Custody Is Permanent and Protected
If DECA MEDIA ceases to exist at any point, custody of all contributions transfers automatically to a recognized cultural institution of global standing. The archive cannot be abandoned or dissolved under any circumstance.

Data Protection Compliance
CIBOOK complies with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and CCPA. Participant data is never sold or transferred except as strictly necessary to fulfill the mission.

Neutrality Is Absolute
CIBOOK does not endorse or oppose any individual, government, political party, or institution. It takes no position on any matter. The archive is a record, not a statement.
