These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.cibook.org (the “CIBOOK Website”). CIBOOK is a non-commercial cultural archive initiative produced by DECA MEDIA LLC (“DECA”).
By using the CIBOOK Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the CIBOOK Website.
The CIBOOK Website, its design, logos (including the CIBOOK Wordmark and Ring Icon), and content are owned by DECA or its licensors. You may not use any CIBOOK branding or content without express permission.
Participant materials (portraits and predictions) displayed or archived by CIBOOK are subject to specific participant agreements. These materials are preserved for cultural purposes and may not be reused or reproduced.
You agree not to use the CIBOOK Website for any unlawful purpose, or to attempt to disrupt its operation, security, or integrity.
The CIBOOK Website is provided “as is.” DECA makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DECA shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the CIBOOK Website.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the CIBOOK Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
